The Services include video streaming, on-demand courses, live classes, downloadable materials, and membership access.
By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
POND STUDIOS FZCO may update these Terms when necessary. Changes will be updated on this page.
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or register for the Services.
Use of the Services must comply with the laws of your country of residence.
The Services consist of yoga, movement, breathwork, mindfulness and educational content.
They are not medical treatment, therapy, or a substitute for professional healthcare.
By using the Services, you agree:
You participate voluntarily and at your own risk.
You are responsible for ensuring that you are physically and mentally fit to follow the practices.
You will seek medical advice if you have health concerns, injuries, are pregnant, or have conditions impacting physical activity.
Nothing in the Services should be interpreted as medical advice.
You must provide accurate information during registration and keep your password confidential.
You are responsible for all actions taken under your account.
If you suspect unauthorized use, you must notify us immediately.
The Services may include:
one-time purchases
subscriptions or memberships
live event access
downloadable guides or programs
All prices include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
You may cancel at any time with effect for the next billing cycle.
If EU “one-click cancellation” rules apply, they will be provided in your account dashboard.
Payments are handled by third-party processors.
You authorize POND STUDIOS FZCO to charge the chosen payment method.
If a payment fails, access may be suspended.
Under EU law, you have a 14-day withdrawal right, unless you request immediate access to digital content.
By accessing or downloading digital content immediately, you expressly agree that the withdrawal right expires.
For scheduled live classes or workshops, the withdrawal period applies until 8 hours prior to the event start.
After the event has begun, withdrawal is no longer possible.
You agree not to:
misuse the Services,
copy, share, or distribute content,
upload harmful or defamatory content,
harass or harm other community members,
use bots, scraping tools, or automated systems.
Violation may result in account suspension or termination.
All content (videos, programs, PDFs, branding, audio, text) is protected by copyright and owned exclusively by POND STUDIOS FZCO and/or its licensors.
You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the content for private use only.
You may not:
reproduce
distribute
publish
resell
share access
record live classes
upload content to other platforms
Any infringement may lead to legal action.
If the Services include forums or community groups:
Be respectful and non-discriminatory.
No bullying, hate speech, or harmful behavior.
No business promotion, ads, or spam.
Your posts may be visible to other users.
We may remove content that violates these rules.
We aim to provide high-quality streaming but do not guarantee:
uninterrupted access,
specific resolutions or speeds,
availability of content at all times.
Access depends on your device, internet connection, and third-party providers.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, POND STUDIOS FZCO is not liable for:
indirect or consequential damages,
loss of data,
interruptions,
device damage,
reliance on content or user submissions.

Where legally permissible, you agree to indemnify POND STUDIOS FZCO against claims arising from:
your misuse of the Services,
your unlawful content,
your breach of these Terms.
This clause does not reduce mandatory consumer rights.
POND STUDIOS FZCO processes personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Your rights include:

For consumers residing in the European Union, the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country apply.
For all other disputes:
