WHO WE ARE
Built for Real Bodies in Real Change
"InMotion was created because most wellness spaces still speak to the young and already fit. This platform exists for midlife adults navigating hormonal shifts, nervous system dysregulation, and the quiet loss of capacity that comes with ignoring the body’s signals. Movement that meets you where you are, not where you think you should be.
Because movement in midlife isn’t about pushing harder. It’s about building capacity, staying present, and remaining connected to your body through change - and being kind to yourself."
Anna Winter - Founder & Mentor

Why Midlife needs different movement
Midlife brings hormonal shifts, nervous system changes, and a body that no longer responds the way it used to. Most yoga platforms ignore this reality. They offer the same intensity-driven, performance-focused classes designed for younger, already-fit bodies.
InMotion is different.
We recognize that midlife requires:
Nervous system regulation before high-intensity movement - Functional strength that supports daily life, not just aesthetics - Somatic awareness to reconnect with a changing body - Breath and rhythm to support hormonal and emotional shifts.
Meet Anna
InMotion was founded by Anna,
a movement practitioner and somatic educator who spent years working with midlife adults navigating change.
Anna created InMotion after witnessing the gap between what midlife bodies need and what most yoga platforms offer.
Her teaching style is grounded, declarative, and physiology-informed — never performative, never promising outcomes. She explains how movement supports regulation, capacity, and stability through life’s changes.

This method ensures that movement supports your nervous system, not just your muscles.
How InMotion works
OUR APPROACH

1. State-Based, Not Style-Based
We organize classes by how you feel—heavy, wired, scattered, disconnected—not by difficulty or yoga style. Your nervous system state guides your practice.
2. Regulation Before Intensity
Every class begins with nervous system regulation. You can’t build sustainable strength or mobility from a dysregulated state. Safety first, then movement.
3. Functional Strength for Real Life
We build capacity that translates off the mat: stable legs, strong hips, resilient core, and breath awareness that supports you through stress and change.
4. Non-Performative Movement
InMotion is not about how movement looks. It’s about what movement does—circulate, stabilize, regulate, and integrate. No performance. No pressure. Just practice.
